Three Crowns Cleaning Services has thrived since its origination in 1987 providing a personal service allowing our clients access to senior management at all times.

We are proud of the fact that client recommendation has allowed the company to grow in recent years allowing us to provide references going back 25 years. Our emphasis has always been to create a one stop shop cleaning company that is seen by its clients as a contractor that really cares providing "all cleaning of choice, with one invoice".

With a constant need to provide the correct care and attention to our staff, clients and working environments, we are very proactive as a company with regards to health and safety. Three Crowns Cleaning Services are Safe Contractor and BiCSc accredited to provide our staff with the correct training to fulfil their duties in the safest manner possible.

Our Services

General Office Cleaning

For over 30 years we have specialised in providing office cleaning to a wide variety of office premises in London. Specialising in law firms and barristers chambers, our vast range of services are tailored to the requirements of each business and space, with our established status allowing us to offer flexible contracts from just a few hours per week, to day or night supervised cleaning teams for the larger client.
Our experienced and trained staff can provide other specialist services such as:
- Carpet cleaning using the sand, beat and dry cleaning process, hot water extraction and bonnet buffing methods.
- I.T. & Telephone equipment cleaning that can be carried out of a weekend or time of your choice.

Window cleaning.

Glass is one of the most important elements in playing a key part in your companies 1st impression. With the view of crystal-clear glass enticing your client to enter your retail, leisure or office premises, our teams of fully trained and accredited window cleaners take pride in an unblemished safety record and are fully accustomed to all the different buildings and structures that contribute to the London skyline. The following methods are used to clean such structures internally or externally:

- Abseiling and Cradle work
- Conventional window cleaning

General Waste, shredding and recycling service.

Our general waste collection allows for 100% recycling when using our bags. With our one bag system your office does not need the various bins used elsewhere, reducing the need to separate waste in the office and utilising your space efficiently. Once collected all materials are transported to an MRF (material recycling facility) where it is sorted into the various waste classes to be recycled into other products. **Zero Landfill**.
We also provide bulk waste removal services. With space in offices so limited and the need for permits should a skip be permitted, our fully licensed caged tippers allow for a neat, safe and clean removal. All bulk waste including builders rip outs are catered for with all waste asset classes such as metal, plastic and wood delivered from your site to the correct designated waste facility. This will decrease your companies carbon footprint - safe in the knowledge that your waste is being recycled correctly.
We also operate a secure shredding service that is simple, safe and secure with full accordance to the incoming GDPR act. All requirements are met with the options of secure bins, sacks or cabinets allowing a clean set up in your space that can be collected daily, weekly or monthly. The moment confidential waste leaves your building it will then be transported safely and securely, disposed of immediately at our fully accredited secure waste facility, issued with a certificate of destruction, thus completing the audit trail leaving our clients safe in the knowledge that the necessary data has been destroyed.

Washroom Service.

With meticulous attention to Health & Safety legislation and years of experience in our field, we offer full washroom hygiene services, laundry services and our dedicated delivery service of consumables. In addition to our wide range of janitorial supplies we can also ensure that your facilities are up to standard and your business complies with the most current disposal of sanitary waste legislation in the provision of the following items:

Our specialist chemical, ZooNo offers 99.9999% kill rates to all pathogens in under 5 minutes without posing any risk to plants, humans or animals. This chemical also claims to be active for up to 14 days providing an extra guard against all pathogens.
Following our fogging service, all areas are available for use 1 hour after we leave the building. We promise to arrive in under 6 hours to any building within the M25 following a positive covid-19 test result – allowing your business to reopen quickly, safe in the knowledge that your office or residential space is pathogen free.
This service can also be arranged as a weekly periodic in order to provide a 24/7 barrier against pathogens
